Faded Film

The muted palette, and the memory that comes with it.

A 1980s print: a toddler on the lawn holding a bunch of flowers. — #1

The corner of a wooden storehouse, rusted iron, tiled roofs, bright sky. — #2

A film frame: blurred walkers on a riverside terrace at sunset. — #3

The garden pond and a teahouse, pines on wooden crutches. — #4

A silhouette in a lamp-lit pedestrian tunnel, shopping street beyond. — #5

The thatched gable of a gassho-zukuri house against white sky. — #6

A woman walks away toward the old fire-lookout tower, blue sky. — #7

The Little Mermaid on her rock, a ship on the sea behind. — #8

A pedal boat on the sunlit river seen from the bridge. — #9

A cyclist passes the corner of the ochre Nyboder row houses. — #10

Glossy black vintage cars parked under the eaves in hard sun. — #11

Two young men talk outside a shop, one seated with a coffee, bikes parked. — #12

Great stacks of split wood shingles drying under a shelter. — #13

A film frame: green trams, a bare tree, pigeons, low winter light. — #14

Nothing tagged that here.
